Ok lets see, first off, I choose to not ban people because I don't see a reason to ban someone for causing a mild annoyance. The thing with external beef is the whole stalking me on AIM / MSN or posting everywhere on a site, which is considered spam if it's just to say the same lame derogetory comment.
