[2] Nick Berg is the US guy that had his head chopped off on video in retaliation for how the US treated IRAQ's prisoners supposedly.
[3] Mark Messier is a hockey player that played for the Edmonton Oilers (Hawk's Hometown). I used Oiler in terms of the ppl that drill for oil.
[4] I played with word play with the Punisher but also used a quote of his with the orbituary part later on.
[5] Vancouver Canucks is who Mark Messier played for now, plus it's a province over from Hawk.
[6] Heimlich Manuever plus choking reference.
[7] Gasping has to do with the Heimlich reference.
[9] He spelled versatile wrong in his spit. West Nile is a virus caused by mosquitos.
[10] Dirty Harry is a role played by Clint Eastwood where he says "You've got to ask yourself one question, do I feel lucky. Well, do ya punk?". Birdzirk refers to the name Hawk and to the canary (going Harry canary) reference. Deepend is a song by Swollen Members and refers to Dirty Harry throwing criminals off buildings (canary also means a snitch).
