Obviously this tracklist is fake by the tracknames/spelling, but there is also way too many features.

Anyways, Rakim did work with Dre for a while (and they could have recorded stuff), but from my understanding, Rakim didn't like the beats Dre produced (because they were too mainstream) and Dre would not work with him anymore.

You could be right, however too many features not really. Because Chronic 2001 only had one song that only featured just dre and that was "The Watcher" the rest of the tracks had features. Also the orginal Chronic had lots of features in almost all the tracks i.e. snoop, kurrupt, daz,
